Association
Fórum Oceano – Cluster of the Portuguese Sea is a collective entity of public utility (private law, non-profit), which aims to promote the development of the economy of the Sea.
Fórum Oceano results from the merger, by incorporation, of Oceano XXI – Association for the Knowledge and Economy of the Sea (created in 2009) and AFEM – Association Business Forum on the Sea Economy (created in 2010), which occurred in late July 2015.
