PBDH Final Event prepares to dock in Leixões

The Portugal Blue Digital Hub (PBDH) will hold its Final Event on 9 June at the Porto de Leixões Cruise Terminal. The initiative marks the final stage of the project and aims to highlight the journey developed throughout its implementation, showcasing the main results, impacts and contributions to the digital and environmental transition of the Blue Economy.
As the Digital Innovation Hub for the Blue Economy, PBDH has been promoting the digitalisation of the sector, the capacity-building of professionals, the development of technological solutions, collaboration between entities and the adoption of digital tools designed to address the current and future challenges of the maritime economy.
The Final Event will provide a meeting point for project partners, SMEs, startups, public entities, academia and experts, creating space for knowledge sharing, the presentation of results and reflection on new opportunities for innovation in the blue sector.
Throughout the day, the programme will highlight the main milestones and impact of PBDH, the digital infrastructures developed within the scope of the project, the role of platforms, data and knowledge for the Ocean Economy, as well as initiatives aimed at transforming Blue Economy ecosystems.
With this initiative, PBDH aims to celebrate the work developed together with its consortium and wider ecosystem, reinforcing its commitment to a more digital, innovative, competitive and sustainable Blue Economy.
