PBDH Final Event: Celebrating the Digital Transition and its Future in the Blue Economy

The Portugal Blue Digital Hub (PBDH) Final Event took place on 9 June at the Leixões Port Cruise Terminal.
The event marked the final stage of the project and celebrated the progress made throughout its implementation, highlighting the key results, impacts and contributions to the digital and environmental transition of the Blue Economy. The event brought together partners, experts, SMEs, start-ups and public bodies to take stock of the results achieved and look ahead to the future of the maritime ecosystem.
The agenda for the closing event featured presentations of success stories developed under the project, panel discussions on the challenges of ocean sustainability, and opportunities for strategic networking. It was clear that the collaborative infrastructure and the network of contacts created are now stronger and better prepared than ever.
One of the key pillars for the sustainability of this ecosystem was the launch of the PBDH Platforms, strategic tools designed to connect the various sector stakeholders, map skills and facilitate continued access to innovative resources for the Blue Economy.
Fórum Oceano and all the consortium partners would like to thank all the stakeholders and participants who have been part of this journey. The digital transformation continues and the foundations for the next generation of blue innovation have been laid.
