One Water promotes innovative solutions for the sustainability of the Blue Economy

On 16 April, the Portugal Blue Digital Hub (PBDH) promoted the One Water event, an initiative organised by Águas de Portugal (AdP), Beta-i, BLUEBIO ALLIANCE, Colab +ATLANTIC and Fórum Oceano. The event brought together startups, SMEs, experts and investors to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the water sector and the Blue Economy.
Held at the AdP building in Lisbon, One Water stood out as a dynamic space for co-creation and collaboration, with the aim of accelerating the identification and implementation of innovative solutions for more sustainable and efficient management of water resources.
The event brought together more than 30 experts representing some 20 organisations from the blue ecosystem. Through dynamic working groups, participants focused on defining practical and applicable solutions, highlighting the importance of collaborative innovation in addressing the challenges of sustainability, digitalisation and efficiency in the sector.
One Water reinforced PBDH's mission to drive the digital and environmental transformation of the Blue Economy, encouraging startups, SMEs, investors, and public and private organisations to come together in a collaborative effort to build a more resilient and sustainable sector.
Transforming the blue economy requires action, and One Water was a critical step on that journey.
