blueOASIS is a new Portuguese R&D company that promotes the development of innovative solutions for Offshore Renewable Energies, Aquaculture, Underwater Acoustics, Ocean Cleaning and Decarbonisation, using modern Industry 4.0 approaches such as Data Science, Numerical Modelling, Potential and Viscous Flow (CFD), High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence tools, in an open and collaborative way.
blueOASIS is made up of a young, multicultural team with over 100 years of accumulated knowledge and experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Naval, Maritime and Environmental Impact Engineering.
blueOASIS co-operates closely with the leading universities and research institutes in Europe and has access to a team of high-level external collaborators around the world.

Blue Technological Solution
HydroTWIN (HT) is a digital twin underwater acoustic solution for monitoring the underwater soundscape in real time.
Taking advantage of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and HPC, the solution makes it possible to monitor, detect, geotag and classify anthropogenic and natural underwater noise sources, using energy-efficient passive acoustic systems.
Using offshore edge computing, all the information received on the cloud-based platform is ready for the user, facilitating the decision-making process.
