'EQUAL PAY LABEL 2023' AWARDED TO FÓRUM OCEANO

It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that Fórum Oceano announces that it has been distinguished by the Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment - CITE, for its good practices in promoting Equal Pay for Women and Men for equal work or work of equal value, having received the 'Equal Pay Seal' 2023. Fórum Oceano is the result of the merger of Oceano XXI - Associação para o Conhecimento e Economia do Mar (created in 2009) with AFEM - Associação Fórum Empresarial da Economia do Mar (created in 2010), which took place at the end of July 2015. This recognition is a testament to Fórum Oceano's ongoing commitment to gender equality and the elimination of the pay gap. Just as the ocean is one, Fórum Oceano reaffirms that the quest for equality is a collective journey.
